Smartline were one of the first of our members to make the move up to our brand new Level Six permanent offices, where they’ll be continuing to save their clients thousands of dollars per year in interest.
Bevan O’Farrell leads the team of two with his finance experience, whilst Kim Harrison oversees the loan administration and application process all the way through. The two are taking advantage of a permanent office space on Level Six where they’re, “loving the view out of the south-west facing window”. The office overlooks the centre of the city so they can see all that's going on during the day.
Another one of their favourite things about the new space is the kitchen where they’re looking forward to Friday afternoon drinks and gatherings. As a satellite office, there team is quite small so having access to the Spacecubed community is quite beneficial. Keep an eye out for them if you’re looking to buy your first property, so that they can offer you sound and quality advice surrounding possible home loan options. Even if you already have a home loan in place, get in contact with them to find a more suitable option.
In 2018 they’re aiming to continue to grow their business in their new office space. As well as this they’ll be taking advantage of the weekly Friday drinks to meet more Flux members to continue to offer and share their experience and expertise, free of charge, to anyone who needs it.
